Kami menerima jenis perniagaan, sumber pertanyaan pelanggan, cara pasukan membuat susulan, penerangan masalah, alamat e-mel balasan dan rekod persetujuan yang anda isi sendiri dalam borang. Kami menggunakannya untuk menilai sama ada masalah anda termasuk dalam skop semasa SMEs.MY, membalas anda, membincangkan kemungkinan kajian rintis dan merekodkan status serta langkah seterusnya. Kami tidak menggunakannya untuk pemasaran yang tidak berkaitan.

Pilihan, perkongsian dan tempoh simpanan

Anda boleh memilih untuk tidak menghantar borang. Tanpa e-mel balasan dan penerangan masalah, kami tidak dapat menilai atau membalas pertanyaan. Kami tidak menjual atau menyiarkan maklumat hubungan anda. Jika perkongsian dengan pihak kerjasama diperlukan kemudian, kami akan menerangkan tujuannya dan meminta persetujuan anda terlebih dahulu.

Respons disimpan dalam Google Forms dan Google Sheets dengan akses terhad; pemberitahuan dihantar melalui Gmail. Google mungkin memproses maklumat di luar Malaysia mengikut aturan perkhidmatannya. Kami menyemak pertanyaan yang tidak diteruskan dan memadamkan atau menyahkenal pasti data dalam tempoh 12 bulan selepas hubungan terakhir, kecuali urusan berterusan atau kewajipan undang-undang memerlukan tempoh lebih lama. Jangan masukkan data peribadi sensitif pelanggan atau pekerja.

Data and purpose

We receive the business type, source of customer enquiries, team follow-up process, problem description, reply email and consent record that you enter in the form. We use this to assess whether your problem fits the current SMEs.MY scope, reply, discuss a possible pilot and record its status and next step. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Choice, sharing and retention

You may choose not to submit the form. Without a reply email and problem description, we cannot assess or respond to your enquiry. We do not sell or publicly disclose your contact details. If we later need to share them with a collaborator, we will explain why and seek your consent first.

Responses are stored in Google Forms and a restricted-access Google Sheet; notifications arrive through Gmail. Google may process information outside Malaysia under its service arrangements. We review enquiries that do not proceed and delete or anonymise their data within 12 months of the last contact, unless an ongoing matter or legal obligation requires longer retention. Do not submit sensitive personal data about customers or employees.

Your rights and contact

To request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent, limit processing, or ask a question or make a complaint, contact Wei Nee Tan, the SMEs.MY operator, at weineetan1994@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity. Withdrawal may mean we cannot continue your enquiry.
