The matching loop
1. SME submits a request
The buyer shares service type, location, business type, contact method, budget or urgency, and any special details such as software, document volume, target market, or language preference.
2. SMEs.MY reviews the request
The request is checked for service category, location, language fit, urgency, and whether the information is clear enough for providers to respond usefully.
3. Relevant providers may receive it
Where suitable, the enquiry can be routed to providers whose service scope, location coverage, language support, and business fit match the request.
4. Buyer compares replies
Providers respond directly with questions, scope, pricing, and next steps. The buyer chooses whether to continue, request more information, or appoint a provider.
What SMEs should prepare
- Service needed, such as accounting, company secretary, payroll, website, marketing, IT, legal, HR, or financing.
- Business location and whether remote support is acceptable.
- Business type, company stage, urgency, and budget range if available.
- Important details such as headcount, document volume, software, language preference, deadline, or current provider issues.
What providers should submit
Provider profiles should be clear enough for matching and trust. Useful details include company name, service scope, location coverage, website or public profile, contact channel, languages, typical client fit, and what enquiries are suitable.
Trust boundary
SMEs.MY helps with discovery and enquiry routing. It does not guarantee provider quality, licensing, pricing, response time, outcome, or suitability. Buyers should verify details directly before sharing sensitive documents, paying fees, or signing an engagement.
