How we use information
We use submitted information to review requests, route suitable enquiries, contact providers, maintain provider records, improve service categories, and respond to support or administrative matters.
Sharing with providers
When you submit a quote request, SMEs.MY may share relevant request details with suitable suppliers, contractors, or service providers so they can respond. We do not promise that every request will be matched or that every provider will reply.
Storage and operations
Submissions may be stored in operational tools such as Google Sheets, email, or other systems used by SMEs.MY. Access should be limited to people involved in reviewing, matching, administration, or support.
Your choices
You may ask SMEs.MY to update, remove, or stop using submitted information where reasonably possible. Contact the administrator through the contact channel shown on the website or the email address used in your submission.
